The Seattle Marina, your boat’s new home
With safety, security, affordability, and the best views on Lake Union, Seattle Marina, is the place to maximize enjoyment of your watercraft. A light walk to downtown Fremont or Gasworks Park, a short bike ride to the University of Washington, Seattle Marina is optimally located in the heart of the Lake Union boating community. It lies on north Lake Union, right in between the Ballard Locks and Lake Washington, giving you unfettered access to all three of the Pacific Northwest’s most revered boating locations.
We offer both covered and uncovered moorage with live aboard status for 10% of our moorage. Other amenities include 30A and/or 50A shore power, water supply, two bathroom/shower facilities, and free parking. All gates are electronically controlled for optimal security ensuring no one but marina patrons are allowed onto the docks or into the restroom facilities.

Covered Moorage
Your boat is worth it! Keep your boats finish perfect by protecting it from the elements with one of our covered slips. Seattle Marina offers over 30 covered slips with specially installed fire protection standpipes in every building to ensure your boat is safe from all contingencies.
Online Billing and Payment
Seattle Marina offers its patrons the opportunity to save the trees! And also add convenience to their lives by providing a full electronic suite of online billing and payment options.
Security
Every dock gate and the restroom facility is number code protected to ensure that no one has access to your boat that should not. Gate codes are changed at regular intervals to add additional security and comfort.
Power
30A and/or 50A shore power is provided for all of our moorage (except bulkhead slips). Pay only for what you use! We read your meter every month, and you pay only for your own consumption at Seattle City and Light rates. No flat rates or minimum usage fees, we only ask you to pay for what you use, nothing more, nothing less.
Water
Water bibs are provided at every location in the marina (except bulkhead moorage) at no charge to you!
